At the start, we decide together which label makes sense. While regional certifications such as the Sustainability Label South Tyrol (Level 1 & 2) involve manageable measures and documentation, international standards like GSTC (including South Tyrol Label Level 3) require a comprehensive action plan with over 100 criteria. We provide clarity, realistic assessments, and a solid basis for decision-making.

We carry out an in-depth analysis — on site and in exchange with management and responsible team members. Based on this, we guide you individually through the entire process.
Support within day-to-day operations
We support you throughout the process. We’re always available, come to the hotel when needed, and work closely with your team — practical and realistic to implement in daily operations.
Documentation & implementation
A core part of our service is creating the documentation. It is developed by us or together with your team — always clear, traceable, and audit-ready. Audit preparation & submission
We prepare you and your team for the audit, clarify open questions, and structure all documents. Submission and the audit itself are handled through an official certification body we collaborate with — Certifit does not certify itself, but professionally guides you through the entire process.
Support until the label is awarded
Even after the audit, we stay by your side: we handle feedback, so-called preconditions, and support any additional submissions until the process is completed and the sustainability label is officially awarded.
