1. Free initial call – orientation & feasibility
In the first call, we get to know your business and clarify the key questions:
Where are you today? What goals are you pursuing? And most importantly: does certification make sense right now?
Together, we review which certifications are generally suitable and provide an honest assessment of effort, timeline, and feasibility.
After the call, you’ll know exactly whether — and how — the path to a sustainability label can look.
2. Check & analysis – the foundation for everything that follows
During the analysis phase, we take a structured look at your business. We review existing measures, processes, and documents against the relevant criteria of the chosen label.
We identify strengths, gaps, and areas for action.
The result is a clear strategy with priorities, concrete measures, and a realistic timeline — aligned with your day-to-day operations.
3. Implementation – support within day-to-day operations
Now the real work begins. We support you step by step in implementing the required measures and remain available at any time — by phone, digitally, or on site.
In parallel, we build the full documentation and evidence trail. This is created either by us or together with your team — clear, audit-ready, and practical.
The goal is to integrate sustainability in a meaningful way, not to create additional bureaucracy.
4. Audit-ready – preparation & support
Before the audit, we run a final quality check. We review all documents, prepare your team in a targeted way, and resolve any open points.
The audit itself is carried out by an official certification body. We accompany the process, support you with questions, and assist with any follow-up submissions or so-called preconditions — until the procedure is complete.
5. Timeline overview
The duration of the certification process depends on the chosen label and your company’s starting point. Important: the actual workload and the overall process duration are not the same. Audit appointments may require waiting several months.
Simpler certifications can usually be completed within 2–4 months.
The active implementation and documentation phase typically takes 1–3 months, while the remaining time is for audit preparation and waiting periods.
More comprehensive, internationally recognized certifications require significantly more preparation.
Here, the overall process usually takes 6–12 months, with active support covering about 3–6 months.

Support until the label is awarded
Even after the audit, we stay by your side: we handle feedback, so-called preconditions, and support any additional submissions until the process is completed and the sustainability label is officially awarded.
